If you have registered for the event, you will receive a link to log in to the online platform on the 22nd September. If you register after this date, you will receive an email shortly after you register with an access link.
If you haven’t received your access email, please contact our customer service team at ps-support@informa.com
Once you log in to your profile, you’ll be able to add information to your profile. Your name, company, and job title will be included automatically in your registration. You can also upload an image. We highly recommend choosing the product categories you’re interested in for the event, to allow for effective matchmaking.
Yes, to reset your password, click on the text to reset on the login pop up window.
In the Conferences section of the platform, you can view all the sessions, and simply click ‘+ to my schedule’. View this guide for complete steps.
All sessions are live, in person. Online or on-demand sessions are not available. To attend the Live, in-person sessions you can register here  
If you would like to message an exhibitor, you can either click on their on their profile, or click on the * on their contact card to see the messaging option.  Additionally, here’s a step-by-step guide.

If you have chosen the product categories you’re interested in, then you can see which exhibitors match your interests in the ‘match-making’ section. Simply click on ‘Networking’ in your profile to view your recommendations.
